This eLearning course will equip coaching professionals with a comprehensive understanding the different types of neurodivergent functioning, the prevalence of neurodiversity in the adult population, and the differences in presentation between males and females. Additionally, the course will discuss the impact of neurodiversity on health, highlight the importance of understanding neurodiversity for professional coaches, and provide strategies for working effectively with neurodivergent clients, along with tools and resources to help.

There are no prerequisites for this course. However, we recommend students complete The Neurodiverse Safe Work Foundations Course which provides more comprehensive information about neurodiversity, its impact on health, employer responsibilities, case studies, tools, and resources.
