2024 Business Growth and Client Impact
One of our key resources, the Neurodiverse Safe Work Self-Assessment Checklist (or the “mini gap analysis) has been accessed by over 2,000 workplaces across Australia.
Here’s what one client shared –
“After completing the course, I used the Gap Analysis and presented it to our leadership team. To my surprise, they accepted all my recommendations! Now, I’m leading a project to overhaul our recruitment and onboarding processes and implement neurodiversity training for all staff in the coming year.” (Jim, HR Manager)
Additionally, 50 individuals participated in a Neurodiversity Coaching Program, using the Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler. Feedback from participants highlighted the value of the tool:
- 80% said it gave them greater clarity and insight.
- 80% reported improved self-awareness and positive mindset changes.
- 73% noted that it helped them develop performance strategies.
