The Neurodiverse Workplace Profiler

We recognise that neurodivergent conditions and traits often co-occur (or overlap). That’s why we take a person-centred approach to look at the person’s overall strengths and challenges across a range of cognitive areas as well as considering each person’s wellbeing.

The Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler:

    • Helps identify and minimise a person’s challenges whilst maximising strengths associated with neurodivergent traits and conditions in the context of the workplace.
    • is online and can be accessed from home, work or on the go.
    • It’s fully accessible and voiced where needed.
    • produces an individualised report that provides personalised guidance, practical workplace support tools and resources dependent on the person’s unique spiky profile.
    • is suitable for individuals in the workplace, small businesses, workplace assessors, occupational health and psychology professionals.
  • ND Safe Work PlanThis is developed in consultation with the neurodivergent worker, their employer and any external treating medical and support services that the worker wants to be involved. It’s about getting everyone on the same page about how the neurodivergent worker works best and what they need to be able to work safely. Using the ND Workplace Profiler, the ND Safe Work Plan may be used to design permanent or temporary adjustments to the ND worker’s tasks, while they adjust to personal or work-related changes that have temporarily impacted their ability to work safely. The ND Safe Work Plan is a documented agreement that is reviewed and updated periodically as necessary.
