Workplace Neurodiversity Inclusion Audits
Our workplace neurodiversity audits provide a comprehensive, tailored review of your organisation’s systems, environments, and practices through a neuroinclusive lens.
Using a combination of policy and documentation analysis, stakeholder consultation, and on-site observation, we assess how effectively your organisation supports neurodivergent employees.

Neurodiversity Coaching Australia (Workplace Support for Neurodivergent Employees)
Our neurodiversity coaching services in Australia provide personalised, one-on-one support to help neurodivergent employees succeed at work. Coaching is available with or without the Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler, and is delivered by a professionally qualified neurodiversity coach with lived experience.
We take a person-centred approach to neurodiversity coaching, recognising that neurodivergent traits and conditions often overlap or co-occur. Our coaching focuses on understanding each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and wellbeing, helping them build strategies that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to their work environment.
Where appropriate, we incorporate the Do-IT Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler, an evidence-based assessment tool that helps individuals better understand their cognitive profile in the context of the workplace. This supports both employees and managers to implement effective, inclusive workplace adjustments that improve performance, confidence, and wellbeing.
At an organisational level, de-identified insights from coaching and assessment can be used to improve job design, workplace health and safety (WHS), and organisational culture, enabling data-driven neuroinclusion strategies.
The Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler (Optional Tool)
The Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler can be used as part of coaching or as a standalone assessment. It:
- Helps identify and minimise workplace challenges while maximising strengths linked to neurodivergent traits and conditions
- Is fully online, accessible, and flexible (available at home, work, or on the go)
- Includes accessible and voiced features where required
- Provides an individualised report with personalised strategies, practical workplace tools, and tailored recommendations
- Is suitable for employees, small businesses, workplace assessors, and occupational health or psychology professionals
