A qualified GP with a PhD in Education, Amanda is an Emeritus Professor at the University of South Wales and an Honorary Professor at Cardiff University.

She has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and written 10 books, including the widely acclaimed Neurodiversity at Work and Neurodiversity and Education. Amanda is also Chair of the ADHD Foundation, a recognised Disability Confident Leader, and is currently working on her 11th book: Neurodiversity and Parenting.

Her influence continues to shape global conversations about neuroinclusion in the workplace and beyond. Amanda’s generous mentorship, wisdom, and advocacy for neurodivergent talent are making a lasting impact, and we are incredibly honoured to have her join us for this important conversation.
